The First Customer Letter of 2008
One of customers who ate at the Fior on January 4 wrote us the following letter:
I have eaten in many Italian restaurants throughout Canada, the US and Italy. I have never, until this day, eaten a meat sauce that instantly brought me to my mother’s kitchen! Exactly how my mother makes it - Now that’s Italian! Bravo Gianni!
